Job Description
Wah! Brands Private Limited is currently looking for a customer-oriented and energetic Order Taker to join our team at SMCHS, Karachi. The ideal candidate should exhibit outstanding communication skills and possess a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and take their orders accurately.
- Process orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate order details effectively to kitchen staff.
- Provide comprehensive information about the menu.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum of intermediate education.
- Proficient in verbal communication in both Urdu and English.
- Basic computer skills; prior experience is a plus.
