Job Description
AK Graphic is seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center Representatives to become part of our expanding team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, offer detailed product information, and assist customers while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling calls, providing accurate information, maintaining customer records, achieving performance targets, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 2–3 months of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply), possess strong English communication skills, display punctuality, and exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities.
