Job Description
Ahmed Abdullah Hamad Al-Essa Company is actively seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to enhance our back-office team. In this essential role, you will provide critical support in project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project, Planner, and SharePoint.
- Create and manage templates and dashboards integrated with Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track project costs and monitor overall progress.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for management review.
Ideal Candidate: A proficient user of Microsoft tools, highly organized, with exceptional communication skills.
