This pivotal role involves managing bi-monthly payroll for the United States and collaborating with HR teams in the US and Pakistan to resolve post-payroll employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager will be responsible for processing payroll, collaborating with HR departments, calculating commissions, developing compensation strategies, and addressing employee queries effectively.
Requirements: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree, significant payroll experience, a solid understanding of US payroll regulations, and proficiency in HR software and Excel.
