Job Description
Link HR Consultants is in search of a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and assistance to patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous atmosphere. Core responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining precise patient records, and collaborating with clinical staff to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
We seek an individual who can uphold a clean and organized front desk environment while delivering outstanding customer service. A minimum of one year of prior experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
