Job Description
Three Percent Communication is looking for skilled Final Expense Closers to join our dedicated in-house sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients through high-intent inbound calls and successfully convert them into policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and leads effectively.
- Sell Final Expense Life Insurance policies.
- Build rapport and identify client needs.
- Close sales and nurture post-sale relationships.
- Aim to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of closing experience is required. Strong English communication skills are essential. This position is office-based; remote work is not an option.
