Job Description
ASK Development is on the lookout for experienced call center professionals to fill the role of Upseller + Project Manager. This dynamic position is designed for a proactive individual who excels in client engagement and project management. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, based in Nazimabad, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify upsell opportunities with clients
- Manage client relationships and project phases
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams
- Track project progress and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management
- Fluency in English with a neutral US accent
