Job Description
Pantera Energy is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and prospective customers to boost sales.
- Generate leads for the outside sales team.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
- Achieve or surpass daily and monthly sales goals.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Exceptional technical proficiency and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
