Job Description
BroadPeak Technologies is seeking a Client Success & Support Specialist to lead client onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth transition to our tools. This role includes conducting product walkthroughs and providing training on essential functionalities.
The ideal candidate will respond to client inquiries through email, chat, and phone, diagnose issues, efficiently track support tickets, and resolve them in a timely manner. Building strong relationships with clients is vital for promoting retention and satisfaction.
This position also requires maintaining accurate records of interactions, generating reports on client issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
