Job Description
Eracon Technologies is looking for a dedicated HR Executive with a proven track record in HR functions and recruitment within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while also overseeing HR processes related to employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute robust recruitment strategies.
