In this essential position, you will serve as the initial contact for our valued clients, effectively handling inquiries, converting leads, upselling services, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Promote appropriate services and package options
