Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is in search of an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our surveillance and security monitoring operations. The successful candidate must possess hands-on experience in managing CCTV teams and remote surveillance systems at retail or commercial locations within the United States.
Key responsibilities will include leading a team of CCTV operators, managing daily operations, ensuring prompt detection of security incidents, formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating closely with clients. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.
