RepairDesk is seeking a dedicated Data Conversion Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional support via chat, phone, and email. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, escalating complex problems, and maintaining clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will utilize tools like JIRA and ZOHO for ticket tracking and issue management while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, along with relevant experience, is required.
