Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system. Key responsibilities include signing in guests, handling mail and packages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized reception area.
Additionally, you may assist with travel arrangements, coordinate office maintenance, and uphold a secure environment for our visitors.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00, requiring in-person attendance.
