Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a tech-savvy Dialer Assistant to facilitate smooth outbound calling operations. As an integral member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us reach our daily performance objectives.
Position: Dialer Assistant
Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dialer systems effectively to support sales operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dialer functionality and VoIP.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and productivity metrics.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience with dialer systems, a solid understanding of VoIP, and excellent communication skills.
