Job Description
The CRM Key Account Executive will manage daily CRM operations, which include order processing, shipping coordination, inventory tracking, and returns management across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, effective communication with customers and courier services, and consistent updates to internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee order management from multiple sales platforms.
- Create and print shipping labels using courier interfaces.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery issues.
- Submit online claims for any shipment discrepancies.
