Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing executives’ schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The successful candidate will excel in prioritizing tasks and will embody a strong sense of professionalism.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
