Job Description
Nextech Packages is actively seeking a detail-oriented Production Planning Manager to oversee and enhance our gravure production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing production schedules, adjusting plans in response to breakdowns or shortages, and ensuring timely material availability while minimizing material waste. Real-time tracking of production efficiency will also be essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage production schedules.
- Modify plans to accommodate breakdowns or shortages.
- Guarantee timely availability of materials.
- Reduce material wastage effectively.
- Monitor production in real-time.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in the flexible packaging or gravure printing industry is preferred.
Location: Sahiwal | Salary: Rs160,00 – Rs180,00/month
