Job Description
Virtesys is looking for a dedicated full-time Project Coordinator to manage paperwork review and quality assurance for our clients in the U.S. facilities services sector.
Education: Graduate / Intermediate / A-Levels. Proficiency in English communication is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify project-related documentation
- Conduct quality checks on submitted materials
- Ensure reports are consistent, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with prior quality assurance experience (a plus)
Location: PECHS, Karachi. Night Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM.
