Job Description
We invite you to become a valued member of the Servixer team as a dedicated Customer Support Officer! This full-time position operates during night shifts and is based entirely onsite at our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, USA.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage customer inquiries, gather relevant information, update communications, ensure follow-ups for customer satisfaction, and provide support with administrative tasks.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills, the ability to multitask, prior customer service experience (preferred), a proactive attitude, and a bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
