Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to become a vital part of our bus terminal team. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include managing bookings, issuing tickets, and providing assistance to passengers with various travel inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules and fares.
- Process payments and maintain precise transaction records.
- Respond to passenger inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
