Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations during night shifts. This role is essential in driving workforce development at ABS International.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment
- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Must reside in Karachi and be available immediately
- Ability to work night shifts
