Job Description
BBG Professionals is currently looking for skilled individuals to enhance our Chartered Accountancy practice as a Junior Bookkeeper. This is a permanent, full-time position with hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, with minor adjustments depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using various software while managing source records.
- Conduct account reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare trial balances using Excel.
- Submit electronic VAT Returns.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in accountancy or finance.
- Preferred experience in UK accounts/bookkeeping.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
