Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to join our Architecture and Planning Department at our Central Park Housing Scheme location in Lahore, situated on Main Ferozpur Road. This full-time position reports to the Head of the Architecture Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical designs for both residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create electrical design plans, including single line diagrams and schematics.
- Coordinate effectively with other design disciplines to ensure project cohesion.
- Produce job-specific discipline specifications.
- Evaluate and select suitable electrical systems and materials.
- Attend project coordination meetings with team members and external consultants.
- Engage in value engineering and basic cost estimating activities.
This position requires an in-person presence at our office.
