Digitalent Solution is seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in outbound calls to both new and existing prospects.
• Effectively communicate product and service features and benefits.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
• Follow up with prospects to foster interest and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and goal-driven approach.
• Basic computer proficiency; CRM experience is advantageous.
