Job Description
We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. In this pivotal role, you will support the execution of HR initiatives and provide assistance to management across various HR functions.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with department leaders to identify and address their HR needs, facilitating the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a genuine passion for people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.
