Job Description
AGILE HR is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager in the FMCG stationery manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience in FMCG or GT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance retail operations and meet sales targets.
- Drive expansion into LMTs, Super Stores, Mini Marts, and Tuck Shops.
- Promote growth in institutional sales to offices and general suppliers.
- Manage business development efforts in designated areas.
- Effectively implement company policies.
- Ensure cost-efficient retail operations.
- Track and analyze monthly and quarterly sales performance.

Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs135,00.00 per month
