Job Description
Business Ventures is on the lookout for a seasoned Call Center & Outsourcing Manager to lead our night shift operations at our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience in call center and outsourcing operations.
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift (Onsite Only)
Experience Required: 3 years (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night shift call center operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on outsourcing initiatives.
