This position will involve assisting clients via live chat on our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the expertise to guide customers through product selections and ordering processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Strong written English communication skills.
