Job Description
Buraq Profiles is on the lookout for a qualified Assistant Manager to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production operations around the clock, ensuring efficient workflows while adhering to strict safety protocols and achieving production targets. In this role, you will lead a committed team, allocate tasks, manage schedules, and facilitate regular shift meetings.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining quality standards, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and promptly addressing any production challenges. We seek a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities.
