Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction management, cost estimation, and financial oversight of construction projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication capabilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is mandatory, complemented by relevant work experience.
