Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently seeking Banking Helpline Agents for a prestigious telecom company. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls quickly and with professionalism.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints with accurate information.
- Efficiently process customer orders and payments.
- Maintain and update customer account information as needed.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (plus performance-based incentives).
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduated.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a CSR.
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
