Job Description
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join The-Hiring team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple retail bakery outlets, driving sales growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail operations, sales management, and team leadership, particularly within the bakery, food retail, or FMCG industries.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily sales operations, meet revenue targets, recruit and train personnel, monitor inventory levels, analyze sales reports, ensure brand consistency, and respond to customer feedback.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management, strong leadership capabilities, and a willingness to travel.
