Trisun Energies is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to enhance our retail operations in the solar energy sector. This pivotal role includes managing store operations, boosting sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities encompass educating customers about solar products, overseeing inventory management, and supervising our dedicated sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, ideally within telecommunications or renewable energy, coupled with exceptional sales and customer service skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
