Job Description
Call Cafe is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and concerns over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone calls.
- Provide accurate information on products and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong multitasking and active listening abilities.

- Availability for evening and night shifts.
