Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated MSE Officer to oversee loan applications for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This position entails fieldwork, client engagement, financial analysis, and effective portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential MSE clients.
- Thoroughly evaluate loan applications.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
- Ensure the health of the loan portfolio.
- Monitor client businesses and provide necessary support.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in microfinance preferred. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of business and finance.

Salary: Rs35,00 – Rs50,00 per month
