Responsibilities include managing intricate customer inquiries, delivering outstanding service, and providing precise information about international shipping and customs.
Applicants should possess an intermediate to bachelor’s degree, fluent English communication skills, and a familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Experience with Amazon, eBay, or Walmart is highly desirable.
