Job Description
GLOBE CALL CENTRE is looking for a motivated Bidding Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, developing engaging proposals, and transforming potential leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify project opportunities on freelance platforms.
- Develop tailored proposals for each opportunity.
- Engage with prospective clients in a timely manner.
- Work closely with operations to understand client needs.
- Meet and exceed bidding targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in bidding or business development.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Familiarity with the Upwork platform.
