Job Description
Khyber Al Khaleeg TTC is looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist to enhance our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing incoming phone calls, including answering, screening, and forwarding as necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars effectively.
