Job Description
Job Summary: Shelters Associates is looking for an Operations Executive to oversee cross-functional workflows and foster communication between various departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all departments.
- Facilitate communication across departments.
- Monitor and enhance operational workflows.
- Assist in project management and reporting activities.
- Support process improvements and manage ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace are required.
Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: Rs1.00 – Rs2.00 per month.
