Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our customer services team in the UK. Key responsibilities include managing both inbound and outbound calls, interacting with customers through voice and chat, and delivering effective solutions tailored to their needs. Additional tasks will involve organizing conversation records, managing customer accounts, and conducting data entry tasks.
Skills Requirement: Candidates should possess experience in an international call center environment, exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking capabilities, and proficiency in computer applications. This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday with alternate Saturdays. The salary ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
