Job Description
At Suzuki Islamabad Motors Pvt Ltd, a leading automotive dealership, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to spearhead our service department. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of service technicians and advisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and service operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise service technicians and advisors.
- Address customer issues efficiently.
- Manage daily operations and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards.
- Monitor budget expenditures and create detailed reports.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for staff.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Service Manager and a diploma in Mechanical or Diesel Engineering.
