Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is looking for a diligent and personable Office Boy to become a part of our Administration department. This full-time position will report directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water for staff and visitors.
- Ensure the cleanliness of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
- Support administrative staff with daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum education required: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Salary: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: In-person attendance required.
