Job Description
Sapphire Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and documenting user stories alongside functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews to extract detailed requirements and map business processes.
- Validate proposed solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Qualifications: A CBAP Certification, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
