Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager Recruitment within our HR Department at our head office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Assistant Manager HR
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: Rs 70,00 – Rs 90,00 per month
Software: Paypeople
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes.
- Draft and publish technical job descriptions.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate qualifications.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in technical recruitment.
- Possess the technical knowledge to effectively understand job requirements for technical positions.
