Job Description
Ovatic Solution is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily cold calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions is crucial to achieving our performance targets.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in English and a willingness to relocate to Rawalpindi are mandatory. The working hours for this position are from 4 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Saturday.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs125,00 to Rs150,00 per month, along with performance-based bonuses.
