Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As the initial point of contact, you will provide assistance to our customers through phone, email, and live chat, with a strong emphasis on ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Effectively address and resolve complaints.
- Manage order processing and returns.

Requirements:
