Job Description
We are thrilled to announce that BUSTANGI is seeking a Female Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team!
Location: Saleem Center, Sector 11-A, North Karachi
Position: In-House, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Assist with order processing and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Conduct daily follow-up calls to gather feedback.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Keep accurate customer records.
Qualifications:
- Female applicants aged 18–30 preferred.
- Fluent in Urdu and have basic proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of social media and basic Excel skills is essential.
