Job Description
Location: Johar Town, Lahore & Gulberg 3, Lahore
Global Nexus Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in our inbound sales team, targeting the USA market. This full-time position requires fluency in English and prior experience in telecom services, specifically with Xfinity and Dish-TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging potential clients in the USA through calls.
- Assessing client needs to effectively qualify leads.
- Presenting our Mobile Selling services clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in international telecom.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to convey technical solutions.
Compensation: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
