Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and overseeing attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Additionally, you will handle grievance management and foster employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. You will also coordinate training and performance appraisals, as well as manage office administration and vendor relations.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s preferred), along with 3-5 years of HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools is essential.
This is a full-time position on a 12-month contract, with the work location being in person.
